Holi: India's Festival Of Colors

Holi, the annual Hindu Festival of Colors also known as Dol Jatra, Basantotsav, original from India and Nepal, is starting today 6th March to celebrate the start of spring.

Welldone Publishers: Art Prints & Greeting Cards worldwide is amazed by the brightly colored powders splashed across Indian streets, known as gulal, and we are happy that Hindus all over the world are offering their own tribute to enjoy such traditional event in their countries.

Holi’s origins can be traced to Hindu legends such as the story of Radha and Krishna, along with the beginning of spring.
