Finishing another edition of the Fashion Week New York we have reviewed the collections inspired by the Art.
As example, DelPozo have set his sights on the work of German artists, Carolina Herrera flies to Los Angeles, Anna Sui keeps working on its amazing style, Christian Siriano focuses on Australia, Donna Karan NewYork remains next to her beloved New York, Rosie Assoulin has fallen in love with the art of Wisconsin, Tory Burch bet to Paris while Zimmermann sisters has chosen an Italian-American artist.

The Spanish brand is inspired by the book Interaction of Color written by the German-born american artist Josef Albers (1888-1976) an essential theory for all the professionals who are interested in color.
The brand has also focused on the Land Art by the Bavarian artist Nils-Udo (1937) who ended up working with nature and finally, DelPozo, has shown interest for the seabed painted by the father and son Leopold and Rudolf Blaschka during the XIX century.
DelPozo collection has been one of the most acclaimed in this edition.
La firma española se ha inspirado en la obra “Interacción del color” de Josef Albers, una teoría imprescindible para todos los profesionales que trabajan con el color en sus trabajos, en el Land Art de Nils-Udo, que terminó trabajando por y para la naturaleza, y en los fondos marinos que plasmaron en sus obras Leopold y Rudolf Blaschka en el siglo XIX, para dar sentido a su nueva colección dentro de la Semana de la moda de Nueva York, siendo la suya una de las más aplaudidas de esta edición. Por no decir la que más.

Inspired by the sculptures in glass of the Australian artist Sergio Redegalli (Milan, 1962), Siriano experiments with the transparency effect that, in fact, is also produced by glass.

To be inspired by the famous Street Art is one of the most common sources of creativity and this happends even more when this comes from New York, the city of graffitti, especially if the designer is someone linked with the city that never sleeps.
Muy recurrido es inspirarse en el famoso Street Art y más cuando hablamos de Nueva York, la ciudad del graffitti por excelencia, y más si la diseñadora es alguien tan asociado a la Ciudad que Nunca Duerme como Donna Karan.
ROSIE ASSOULIN
The accessories, especially the handbags, are the starring roll inspired by the ceramic of Betty Woodward.
Rosie is also inspired by the flowers of the American artist Georgia O'Keeffe's (1887- 1986) for finding the perfect color palette for the collection Spring / Summer 2015.
Fijamos la vista en los complementos, y sobre todo en los bolsos que están inspirados en la cerámica de Betty Woodward. Rosie también se inspira en las flores de Georgia O'Keeffe's para dar con la paleta de colores perfecta para su colección de la próxima primavera/verano 2015.
TORY BURCH
Tory Burch inspired by the muse and lover of Pablo Picasso and the mother of his two children, Claude and Paloma: Mrs. Françoise Gilot (Neuilly-sur-Seine, France, 1921). Burch also finds inspiration by Vallauris, in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur (France), where Picasso lived and where he began to feel fascination with ceramics. Françoise Gilot is strong, versatile and has great personality. Some of her prints Toile de Jeu remind us the place plenty of cypress where they lived until they splitted up.

Known for his drawings about the zodiac, the Aquarian Tarot decks and some children's books, the draws of the American illustrator David Palladini, are printed on some of the urban clothes of the Australian label Zimmermman.
Conocido por sus dibujos sobre los signos del zodiaco, el tarot y algunos libros infantiles, las ilustraciones del artista italiano David Palladini aparecen estampadas en algunas de las piezas más urbanas de Zimmermann.
